West Virginia Cannabis Connection performs telemedicine evaluations for new and renewing patients that reside in West Virginia.  We are the only provider in the program that offers a physical, hard plastic version of the state issued digital card, which will be mailed to you.

Patients may purchase up to 6 ounces of flower or 60 grams of concentrate or an equivalent combination of the two per rolling 30-day period.
